- E-books and Digital Guides: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the content. Once you have downloaded the content, refunds will only be provided if there are technical issues that prevent proper access or use.
- Online Courses: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course. No refunds will be issued after 14 days or if more than 25% of the course has been accessed.
Subscription Services
- Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time. No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period, but no further charges will be made.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions are available within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion based on the remaining subscription period.
Physical Products
- Merchandise: Refunds for physical merchandise are available within 30 days of delivery if the items are returned in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or was incorrect.
Non-Refundable Items
